When Jeremy learned RLP was joining Midway, he wondered what it meant for his role. Then he met with Midway leadership. The plan was to keep operations local, and he was the obvious choice for General Manager: "It was what I’d been working my whole career for. Now I could take my ideas, things that I know work, and implement them."
